Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist on our team, your primary role will be to support the sales efforts of the outside salesperson and various order fulfillment activities. A few of your duties range from processing orders to soliciting additional business from current customers.

We will invest in training, resources and guidance.

Qualifications and Skills

A successful Customer Service Specialist candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.

Additional qualifications for a Customer Service Specialist position include:

  • Computer skills, including data entry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction

  • Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience, prior building material experience a plus!
